This text covers the Traxle website, contact and account services. Product-specific notices and business agreements apply separately to BarkodX, Molatik, KünyeX and Lojistik.

This policy explains data use; it is not blanket consent. A customer's controller role for employee, stock or document data inside a product is determined separately. Do not send card details through contact forms.

Contact forms process your name, email, subject and message. Accounts process identity, phone, company, verification and session details. Depending on the service, transaction, support and payment records may arise. Do not include unrelated personal or sensitive data in messages.

Responding to requests and forming/performing contracts, legal duties, protecting rights and proportionate security interests are assessed separately. Processing requiring consent needs a separate choice. Necessary data may reach infrastructure providers such as Vercel, Firebase/Google and SendGrid, and the selected payment provider. International transfer mechanisms must be verified under article 9 of the Turkish KVKK.

Retention depends on the data category, service needs, limitation periods and legal duties; a verified retention schedule is not yet attached to this draft. Under KVKK you may request information, access, correction, deletion/destruction where applicable, notification to recipients, objection to automated analysis and compensation. Requests follow statutory procedures and identity verification.
